FAQ
How quickly can I start receiving job offers after signing up?
Once your profile is complete and your business credentials are verified, you can start receiving job offers almost immediately. The entire process typically takes a few business days.
What types of services are most in demand on Space Care?
Providers receive job opportunities for routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and installation in landscaping, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, remodeling and other service categories. The jobs you receive will align with the service categories you’ve selected in your Provider Account.
What are the requirements to get verified?
In addition to stating service offerings and working area, you must provide the following details for your account:
- Official business name
- Account holder's ID
- Proof of business registration, insurance and licenses (if applicable)
How are job offers matched?
Job offers are tailored to your business based on your selections of service category working area and availability. You can accept job offers that best match your expertise and schedule.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely through direct deposits made to your specified bank account. You'll receive payments on a Net 15/30 basis for all the completed jobs in that period.
What happens if I fail to meet Space Care service standards?
Maintaining high service standards is crucial. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the platform, depending on the severity and frequency of the issues.
How can I track my performance and earnings?
Your dashboard provides real-time updates on your job performance, earnings, and any bonuses from the Partner Connect program. This ensures you have a clear overview of your business growth.
Can I adjust my availability after accepting a job?
Yes, you can adjust your availability. However, accepted jobs prior to changing availability must be completed. Any additional changes must be communicated within the allowed rescheduling window to avoid penalties. Please refer to our rescheduling policy for details.
What if I need to cancel a job due to an emergency?
In case of an emergency, contact your account manager immediately. Providing valid proof, such as a medical certificate or police report, can help mitigate any penalties and maintain your standing on the platform.
How do I maximize my earning potential?
To maximize earnings, consider opting into the Paid Plan for access to higher-value jobs and contracts. Consistently meeting or exceeding service standards and participating in our Partner Connect program can also boost your income.
How can I grow my business?

What should I do if a client requests services outside the original job?
Always refer back to Space Care before agreeing to any additional services. Service providers cannot accept payments or confirm services from clients without authorization from Space Care. We’ll guide you on how to proceed to ensure all parties are aligned.
